Refund Policy
1. Who handles payments
Paid plans (Pro and Reseller) are sold through our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payments, receipts, taxes and refunds. TCG Vault is operated by Seung-o Han (한승오); contact sohan091116@gmail.com.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with a paid plan, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment — no questions asked. This also applies to the first payment after switching from monthly to yearly.
3. Renewals
Plans renew automatically. If you forgot to cancel, ask within 7 days of a renewal charge and we'll refund that renewal, as long as you haven't used the paid features since it renewed.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account (Manage subscription) or from the link in your Paddle receipt. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
5. How to ask for a refund
- Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
- Email us at sohan091116@gmail.com with the email you paid with.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
6. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law in your country, including withdrawal rights under Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
환불 정책 (한국어)
1. 결제 처리

2. 14일 환불 보장
유료 요금제가 마음에 들지 않으면 첫 결제일로부터 14일 이내에 이유를 묻지 않고 전액 환불해 드립니다. 월간에서 연간으로 바꾼 뒤의 첫 결제도 같습니다.
3. 자동 갱신
요금제는 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 해지를 잊으셨다면, 갱신 결제 후 7일 이내이고 그 뒤로 유료 기능을 사용하지 않았다면 해당 갱신 금액을 환불해 드립니다.
4. 해지
계정 화면(구독 관리) 또는 Paddle 영수증의 링크에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 유료 기능을 계속 쓸 수 있고, 이후 추가 결제는 없습니다.
5. 환불 요청 방법
- Paddle 영수증 이메일의 링크를 누르거나 paddle.net에서 주문을 조회하세요. 또는
- 결제한 이메일 주소와 함께 sohan091116@gmail.com으로 요청하세요.
환불은 원래 결제 수단으로 진행되며, 은행에 따라 보통 영업일 기준 5~10일이 걸립니다.
6. 법적 권리
이 정책은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따른 청약철회 등 이용자의 법적 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
