Terms of Service
1. The service
TCG Vault lets you look up trading cards by number, see market prices, and generate sell listings to post on other sites. It is operated by Seung-o Han (한승오) (contact: sohan091116@gmail.com). By using TCG Vault you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Prices are estimates
Card data and prices come from third parties (TCGdex, TCGplayer, Cardmarket, eBay) and may be wrong, out of date or missing. They are for reference only — always check before you buy or sell. We are not responsible for trades you make based on them.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
- Keep your password safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.
4. Fair use
Free use includes a daily number of lookups. Please don't get around these limits, scrape the service, use bots, or try to break or overload it. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record, and Paddle's buyer terms also apply. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy (14-day money-back guarantee) and your consumer rights under applicable law.
6. Sell listings
TCG Vault only writes listing text; you post it yourself on other platforms and you are responsible for your listings and sales. We don't take part in, guarantee or handle any transaction.
7. Trademarks
TCG Vault is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company. Card names and images belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only.
8. No warranty and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 3 months.
9. Changes and ending
We may change the service or these terms; we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users about important changes. We may stop the service with reasonable notice; paid users will get a pro-rata refund for unused time.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
